It is important that we ensure our meetings remain well attended and information shared is relevant and useful to all participants.
After each meeting we invite our members to complete one of the following feedback forms. The meeting facilitator will decide which of the two forms best suits the meeting type.
- Form A - "My Learning" Gathers information on what has been learnt. This is generally a good form to use after a professional development or training workshop.
- Form B - "Commitment" Gathers the learners commitments or goals and what the learner would like from the network facilitators to assist in further learning. This form is generally used after a general network or information sharing meeting.
Information is de-identified, collated and then distributed to all members for further reflection.
